When the world is against you
There is a voice you hear that says-
"Come on, don't give up now!
I'll walk with you all the way"
When you are feeling lonely
His presence will give you joy;
When you are bursting with news
With you he will share and enjoy.
Mercilessly, he will poke fun at you
Will flatly tell you when you are wrong,
But will still be the oasis that nurtures
you
When you're caught in a desert storm .
If you find such a person
Hold on with both your hands,
Believe you are God's favourite child
For He has given you a loving friend!
